Birth Bundle 

• Free no-obligation 45 min meeting 

• 2 birth preparation sessions before the birth, usually 2 x 2-hour sessions. Where we discuss your pregnancy care, birth, wishes, labour expectations, comfort techniques, and the immediate postpartum period 

• Walk and talks, get-togethers to enable us to build a trusting relationship

• A third visit to discuss induction (if needed) 

• Unlimited phone, text and What’s App support for the duration of your pregnancy 

• On-call 24/7 from week 38 of pregnancy until you give birth 

• Access to use resources such as a tens machine, birthing ball and birthing pool (if not in use by another family)

• Access to borrow books from my extensive library 

• Continuous physical and emotional labour support throughout the entire time it takes for you to give birth. I will stay with you for a while after the birth until you feel settled or after the first feed 

• A 3-hour home postpartum visit: which could include hearing your birth experience, infant feeding support, baby care tips, taking care of the baby perhaps whilst you rest/sleep, or some light housework. 

• Signpost to relevant resources and support services 

• Discuss your needs for any future postpartum visits you may wish to add on

• Phone, text and What’s App support during the first six weeks after birth
